كل موظف عام حصل أو حاول أن يحصل لنفسه ، أو حصل أو حاول أن يحصل لغيره ، بدون حق ربح أو منفعة من عمل من أعمال وظيفته يعاقب بالسجن المشدد .

كل موظف عام حصل أو حاول أن يحصل لنفسه ، أو حصل أو حاول أن يحصل لغيره ، بدون حق ربح أو منفعة من عمل من أعمال وظيفته يعاقب بالأشغال الشاقة المؤقتة .
From 15 October 1937 to 1 August 1975
كل موظف في الوظائف العمومية حجز كل أو بعض ما يستحقه العملة الذين استخدمهم في أشغال مختصة بمحل توظيفه من أجرة ونحوها يعاقب بالسجن . وكذا يعاقب بالعقوبة إذا استخدم هؤلاء العملة سخرة بلا أجرة وأخذها لنفسه مع احتسابها على الحكومة . ويحكم عليه في الحالتين برد ما أخذه لمستحقيه وبغرامة مساوية له .
