يعاقب بالسجن المشدد كل من استعمل أو شرع فى استعمال المفرقعات استعمالا من شأنه تعريض أموال الغير للخطر .
فاذا أحدث الانفجار ضررا بتلك الأموال كان العقاب السجن المؤبد .

فاذا أحدث الانفجار ضررا بتلك الأموال كان العقاب الأشغال الشاقة المؤبدة .
