وعلى القانون رقم ٢١٥ لسنة ١٩٥١ بشأن حماية الآثار ،
وعلى قرار رئيس الجمهورية رقم ٢٨٢٨ لسنة ١٩٧١ بشأن هيئة الآثار المصرية ،
وعلى قرار رئيس الجمهورية رقم ٤٩٠ لسنة ١٩٧٦ بتفويض رئيس مجلس الوزراء فى مباشرة بعض اختصاصات رئيس الجمهورية ،
