Article 1 of the Cassation Appeals Law

للخصوم أن يطعنوا أمام محكمة النقض فى الأحكام الصادرة من محاكم الاستئناف فى الأحوال الآتية :
( أولا ) إذا كان الحكم المطعون فيه مبنيا على مخالفة للقانون أو خطأ فى تطبيقه أو فى تأويله .
( ثانيا ) إذا وقع بطلان فى الحكم .
( ثالثا ) إذا وقع فى الإجراءات بطلان أثر فى الحكم .
