لا تجوز الترقية قبل انقضاء المدد المقررة فى جدول
فئات الوظائف والمرتبات المرافق للقانون ، وتكون الترقية بالأقدمية
المطلقة .
وكل ترقية تعطى الحق فى العلاوات والبدلات للفئة المرقى إليها الموظف
الموضحة فى الجدول المرافق للقانون وتستحق العلاوات والبدلات من
تاريخ صدور القرار بالترقية .
