تضع الهيئة تقريرا سنويا عن جهودها ونشاطها تضمنه نتائج أعمالها وأبحاثها ودراساتها ومقترحاتها، وتقدمه إلى كل من رئيس الجمهورية، ومجلس النواب، ورئيس مجلس الوزراء، وذلك طبقا للأوضاع والإجراءات التى يصدر بها قرار من رئيس الهيئة.
