العقوبات التى يوقعها مجلس التأديب الأعلى ، هى :
(١) الإنذار .
(٢) اللوم .
(٣) العزل من الوظيفة ، مع حفظ الحق فى المعاش أو المكافأة .
ويوقع الجزاءان الأول والثانى بأغلبية الأصوات ، أما الجزاء الثالث
فلا يوقع إلا بإجماع الأصوات .
