العقوبات التأديبية التى يجوز توقيعها على أعضاء الرقابة
الإدارية ، هى :
(١) الإنذار .
(٢) اللوم .
(٣) تأجيل موعد استحقاق العلاوة [غير مقروء]
(٤) الحرمان من العلاوة .
(٥) الوقف عن العمل بدون مرتب مدة لا تجاوز [غير مقروء]
(٦) تأخير الأقدمية فى الفئة .
(٧) خفض المرتب .
(٨) خفض الفئة .
(٩) خفض الفئة والمرتب .
(١٠) الإحالة إلى الاستيداع .
(١١) العزل من الوظيفة مع حفظ الحق فى المعاش أو المكافأة .
