Article 21 of the Administrative Control Authority Law

يجوز للجنة شئون الأفراد أن تضيف إلى مرتب العضو الذى ينقل من الرقابة الإدارية علاوة الرقابة التى يتقاضاها ولو جاوز بها نهاية مربوط الفئة التى يشغلها وبشرط أن يكون العضو قد أمضى مدة خدمة بالرقابة الإدارية لا تقل عن أربع سنوات على ألا تضم هذه العلاوة أكثر من مرة .
ويسرى هذا الحكم على شاغلى الوظائف الفنية والمكتبية ووظائف الخدمات المعاونة بالرقابة الإدارية.

يجوز للجنة شئون الأفراد بالنسبة إلى من ينقل من الرقابة
الإدارية أن تمنحه آخر مربوط الفئة التى يدخل مرتبه فيها أو إضافة علاوة
الرقابة إلى مرتبه أيهما أكبر ويشترط ألا يزيد على آخر مربوط الفئة التى
يشغلها ويشترط لمنح آخر مربوط الفئة أو إضافة علاوة الرقابة أن يكون
العضو قد أمضى مدة خدمة بالرقابة الإدارية لا تقل عن أربع سنوات .
