عند نقل الموظف إلى الرقابة الإدارية تحتسب أقدميته
فى الفئة التى نقل إليها من تاريخ حصوله على أول مربوط هذه الفئة بشرط
أن يكون مستوفيا المدة المنصوص عليها فى الجدول المرافق لهذا القانون
فى الفئة أو الدرجة السابقة للفئة التى يوضع فيها .
