يقصد بكلمة النباتات فى هذا الفصل النبات بجميع أجزائه سواء كان جذورا أو أوراقا أو أزهارا أو ثمارا أو بذورا وفى أية حالة كان عليها ولو كان جافا كما يقصد بعبارة المنتجات الزراعية المنتجات التى من أصل نباتى والمجهزة تجهيزا لم يحولها عن طبيعتها النباتية .
