لمأمورى الضبط القضائى أخذ عينات بدون مقابل من مبيدات الآفات الزراعية المستوردة أو المنتجة محليا أو المعروضة للبيع أو المتداولة لتحليلها والتحقق من صلاحيتها ، ولهم فى سبيل ذلك دخول الأماكن التى توجد فيها المبيدات أو يشتبه فى وجودها فيها ، عدا الأماكن المخصصة للسكن .
و يجوز لهم التحفظ على المبيدات فى حالة الاشتباه فى غشها .
