لا يجوز صنع المخصبات الزراعية أو تجهيزها أو بيعها أو عرضها للبيع أو استيرادها أو الافراج عنها من الجمارك بغير ترخيص من وزارة الزراعة .
وذلك فيما عدا الأسمدة العضوية الناتجة من متخلفات المزرعة للاستعمال الخاص .
