لايجوز تشغيل معصرة لعصر بذرة القطن إلا بترخيص خاص من وزارة الزراعة طبقا للشروط والقواعد التى يصدر بها قرار من الوزير ويبين القرار نماذج السجلات التى تلتزم ادارة المعصرة بامساكها وطريقة القيد بها والتفتيش عليها .
