لمأمورى الضبط القضائى الحق فى دخول محطات الغربلة وملحقاتها والتفتيش عليها وأخذ عينات بدون مقابل من البذور الموجودة بها لفحصها وذلك طبقا للشروط والأوضاع التى يصدر بها قرار من وزير الزراعة .
