يصدر وزير الزراعة قرارا بالشروط التى يلزم توافرها فى البذرة المقدمة للغربلة والمعاملات التى تعامل بها البذور المعدة للتقاوى والإجراءات والنظم التى تراعى فى عمليات الغربلة والتنظيف والإعداد والتعبئة وطريقة التصرف فى التقاوى المعدة ونواتج الغربلة ويبين القرار المذكور السجلات التى يجب على أصحاب ومديرى محطات الغربلة امساكها .
