Article 144 of the Agriculture Law

كل مخالفة لإحدى المواد ١٢٧ ، ١٢٩ ، ١٣٠ ،
أو القرارات الصادرة تنفيذا لأحكام المادة ١٢٥ أو لأحد البنود "ا" ، "ب"
و "ج" ، "د" ، "ه" من المادة ١٢١ أو البند "ه" من المادة ١٣٥ يعاقب
مرتكبها بالحبس مدة لا تزيد على شهر وبغرامة لا تقل عن خمسة جنيهات
ولا تزيد على ثلاثين جنيها أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين .
