Article 141 of the Agriculture Law

كل مخالفة للقرارات الصادرة تنفيذا لأحد البنود
( ا ، ج ، ه ) من المادة ١١٢ أو إحدى المادتين ١١٣ ، ١١٥ ، يعاقب
مرتكبها بالحبس مدة لا تزيد على ستة أشهر وبغرامة لاتزيد على مائة جنيه
أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين .
ويجب الحكم بمصادرة المواد محل المخالفة . ويجوز الحكم بإغلاق
المصنع أو محل الاتجار الذى وقعت فيه المخالفة . وفى حالة العود يكون
الحكم بالإغلاق واجبا .
