Article 140 of the Agriculture Law

كل مخالفة للمادة ١٣٣ يعاقب مرتكبها بالحبس مدة
لا تقل عن شهر ولا تزيد على ستة أشهر وبغرامة لا تقل عن ثلاثين جنيها
ولا تزيد على مائة جنيه أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين وذلك فضلا عن مصادرة
الحيوانات أو اللحوم أو المنتجات أو المتخلفات المهربة
ويعاقب على الشروع بعقوبة الجريمة ذاتها .
