لايجوز لغير الأشخاص المرخص لهم من وزارة الزراعة
القيام بسلخ الجلود فى المجازر التى تعينها الوزارة .
ويحظر سلخ أى حيوان نفق أو أعدم بغير تصريح من الطبيب
البيطرى المختص .
