يحظر القاء جثث الحيوانات النافقة فى نهر النيل أو الترع
أو المساقى أو المصارف أو البرك أو فى الطرق أو فى العراء ويجب دفن هذه
الجثث على عمق كاف بعيدا عن مصادر المياه .
ويعتبر حائز تلك الحيوانات مسئولا عن هذه المخالفة .
