لايجوز الاتجار فى الحيوانات المصابة بالأمراض المعدية
أو الوبائية أو المشتبه فى إصابتها بها وحظر نقلها من جهة إلى أخرى .
وتعتبر مشتبها فى إصابتها بتلك الأمراض الحيوانات التى خالطت
الحيوانات المريضة بطريقة مباشرة أو غير مباشرة .
