تشكل فى وزارة الزراعة لجنة تسمى "لجنة علف الحيوان" يصدر بتشكيلها ونظام العمل بها قرار من وزير الزراعة .
وتختص هذه اللجنة باقتراح أنواع العلف التى يجوز تداولها وتحديد مواصفاتها و إجراءات تسجيلها وشروط تداولها . وكذلك بإبداء الرأى فى جميع القرارات المنفذة لمواد هذا الفصل .
