Article 6 of the Prevention of Smoking Harms Law

يحظر التدخين نهائيا بكافة صوره فى مختلف المنشآت الصحية والتعليمية والمصالح
الحكومية والنوادى الرياضية والاجتماعية ومراكز الشباب والأماكن الأخرى التى يصدر بها قرار
من وزير الصحة ، ويلتزم المدير المسئول عن هذه الأماكن باتخاذ الإجراءات الكفيلة بمنع
التدخين فيها ويعاقب عن إخلاله بهذا الالتزام بغرامة لا تقل عن ألف جنيه ولا تزيد
على عشرين ألف جنيه ، كما يعاقب المدخن بغرامة لا تقل عن خمسين جنيها ولا تزيد
على مائة جنيه .
