يجوز لمن صدر ضده القرار ولمجلس إدارة المعهد ووكيل وزارة التعليم العالى المختص استئناف قرار مجلس التأديب ويرفع الاستئناف بتقرير يقدم الى وزارة التعليم العالى وذلك خلال ثلاثين يوما من تاريخ إخطار من صدر فى حقه قرار مجلس التأديب الابتدائى بخطاب موصى عليه بعلم الوصول.
