تحدد بقرار من وزير الصحة نسبة عدد الأطباء المقيمين وأعضاء هيئة التمريض والفنيين الواجب توافرهم فى كل منشأة طبية بالنسبة إلى عدد الأسرة المخصصة للعلاج الداخلى بها على أن يكونوا من المرخص لهم بمزاولة المهنة.
