Article 10 of the Medical Establishments Law

تلتزم كل منشأة طبية بلائحة آداب المهن الطبية فى جميع تصرفاتها وخاصة فى وسائل الدعاية والإعلان بحيث لا يتم الإعلان عن المنشأة إلا بعد الحصول على موافقة وزارة الصحة وعلى ألا يتضمن الإعلان طرق التشخيص أو العلاج. ويلزم الحصول على موافقة النقابة إذا ما أراد الطبيب أن يعلن عن نفسه أو عن نشاطه.
