Article 14 of the Medical Establishments Law

يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تزيد على سنة وبغرامة لا تقل عن عشرة آلاف جنيه ولا تزيد عن عشرين ألف جنيه أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين كل من أدار منشأة طبية سبق أن صدر حكم بإغلاقها أو صدر قرار إدارى بإغلاقها قبل زوال أسباب الإغلاق.

يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تجاوز ستة أشهر وبغرامة لا تقل عن خمسمائة جنيه ولا تزيد على ألف جنيه أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين كل من أدار منشأة طبية سبق أن صدر حكم بإغلاقها أو صدر قرار إدارى بإغلاقها قبل زوال أسباب الإغلاق .
