يكون الشخص الاعتبارى مسئولا بالتضامن مع المحكوم عليه من العاملين لديه، عن الوفاء بما يحكم به من التعويضات فى الجرائم التى ترتكب فى المنشأة، ويكون مسئولا بالتضامن عن الوفاء بما يحكم به من عقوبات مالية إذا ثبت مسئولية أحد القائمين على إدارته.
