يعاقب بالسجن لمدة لا تزيد على خمس سنوات وبغرامة لا تقل عن مائة ألف جنيه ولا تزيد على ثلاثمائة ألف جنيه، أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين كل من خالف أي حكم من أحكام هذا القانون.
