يعاقب على الوساطة فى الجرائم المنصوص عليها فى هذا القانون بالعقوبة المقررة للجريمة. ومع ذلك يعفى الوسيط من العقوبة إذا أخبر السلطات بالجريمة قبل تمامها وساهم ذلك فى ضبط الجناة.
