تقوم نتائج أعمال شاغلى الوظائف القيادية الخاضعة لأحكام هذا القانون الموجودين فى الخدمة فى تاريخ العمل بأحكامه عن الفترة السابقة طبقا للقواعد والإجراءات التى تنص عليها اللائحة التنفيذية لهذا القانون وذلك خلال سنة من تاريخ العمل به.
ويستمر هؤلاء العاملون خلال هذه السنة فى شغل الوظائف المدنية القيادية وذلك حتى يتم تجديد مدة خدمتهم فى هذه الوظائف أو تحدد أوضاعهم طبقا لأحكام هذا القانون.
