لا يجوز أن يزيد مقدار التأمين الذى يدفعه المستأجر عل[غير مقروء]
ما يعادل أجرة شهرين ويسرى هذا الحكم على عقود الإيجار القائمة وقت[غير مقروء]
العمل بهذا القانون وللمستأجر الحق فى استرداد الزيادة فى قيمة التأمي[غير مقروء]
بخصمها مباشرة من الأجرة مقسطة على سنة أو حتى نهاية العقد أو ع[غير مقروء]
إخلاء العين المؤجرة أيهما أقرب وذلك بغير حاجة إلى الالتجاء إ[غير مقروء]
القضاء .
