لا يجوز الترخيص فى إعارة عضو هيئة التدريس أو إيفاده فى مهمة علمية أو أجازة تفرغ علمى وبمراعاة حكم المادة (88) أو أجازة لمرافقة الزوج قبل انقضاء مدة مماثلة للمدة التى سبق أن قضاها العضو فى إعارة أو مهمة علمية أو أجازة لمرافقة الزوج.
ولا يجوز الترخيص فى الإعارة قبل انقضاء ثلاث سنوات على بدء خدمة المرخص له فى هيئة التدريس".
