مع مراعاة المادتين السابقتين يكون التعيين فى وظائف المدرسين الشاغرة دون إعلان من بين المدرسين المساعدين أو المعيدين فى ذات الكلية أو المعهد. وإذا لم يوجد من هؤلاء من هو مؤهل لشغلها فيجرى الإعلان عنها.
