يجوز تنحية رئيس مجلس القسم عن الرئاسة فى حالة إخلاله بواجباته الجامعية أو بمقتضيات مسئولياته الرئاسية ويكون ذلك بقرار مسبب من رئيس الجامعة بعد أخذ رأى مجلس الكلية أو المعهد".
