يصدر قرار من رئيس كل جامعة بناء على توصية من مجلس الجامعة بأسماء من يعينون فى وظيفة مدرس مساعد وذلك فى خلال شهرين من تاريخ نفاذ هذا القانون وترفع مرتباتهم إلى بداية الربط المحدد للوظيفة إذا كانت تقل عن ذلك، ويؤخذ هذا التعيين فى الاعتبار عند تحديد موعد العلاوة الدورية التالية.
