يظل قائما إلى نهاية العام الجامعى 72/ 1973 على الأكثر ما سبق أن قرر من إعارات تجاوز الحد الأقصى المقرر فى المادة (85/ 1) ومن إعارات أو مهمات علمية أو إجازات تفرغ علمى أو إجازات مرافقة الزوج تكون متعارضة مع أحكام المادتين (90 و91).
