إذا تقدم بإنتاجه العلمى من استوفى من الأساتذة المساعدين والمدرسين الحاليين المدد المنصوص عليها فى المادتين (69/ أولا - 1) و(70 أولا - 1) وذلك للتعيين فى وظائف الأساتذة والأساتذة المساعدين أو للحصول على ألقابهما، وتم هذا التقدم فى خلال شهرين من تاريخ نفاذ هذا القانون، فيكون تعيينهم أو منحهم هذه الألقاب بعد ثبوت أهليتهم العلمية دون إخلال بأقدمياتهم الحالية.
