يجوز فى حالة الضرورة للوزير المختص بالتعليم العالى
بعد موافقة المجلس الأعلى للجامعات تعديل نظام الدراسة والامتحان ووضع بديل
أو أكثر للتقييم فى عام جامعى أو فصل دراسى محدد ، بما يضمن استكمال
العملية التعليمية مع استيفاء المتطلبات الأساسية والحد الأدنى من معايير إتمام
المناهج الدراسية.
