يجوز نقل المعيدين والمدرسين المساعدين من جامعة إلى أخرى من الجامعات الخاضعة لهذا القانون وفى قسم مماثل، ويكون ذلك بناء على موافقة رئيس الجامعتين بعد أخذ رأى مجالس الكليات أو المعاهد ومجالس الأقسام المختصة،
