يجوز نقل المعيدين والمدرسين المساعدين من كلية أو معهد إلى كلية أخرى أو معهد آخر فى ذات الجامعة وفى قسم مماثل ويكون ذلك بقرار من رئيس الجامعة بعد أخذ رأى مجلس الكليتين أو المعهدين ومجلس القسم فى كل منهما.
