يمنح عضو هيئة التدريس الأجنبى عند انتهاء خدمته فى الجامعة مكافأة تعادل مرتب شهر عن كل سنة من سنوات خدمته.
وإذا توفى خلال مدة خدمته منح ورثته المكافأة المذكورة.
