يعتبر مكتب المحامى الذى وقع على صحيفة الدعوى أو الطلب محلا مختارا للطالب ومكتب المحامى الذى ينوب عن المطلوب ضده فى الرد على الطلب محلا مختارا له، وذلك ما لم يعين أى من الطرفين لنفسه محلا مختارا لإعلانه فيه.
