رئيس وأعضاء هيئة المفوضين غير قابلين للعزل، ولا يجوز نقلهم إلى وظائف أخرى إلا بموافقتهم.
وتسرى فى شأن ضماناتهم وحقوقهم وواجباتهم واحالتهم إلى التقاعد واجازاتهم والمنازعات المتعلقة بترقياتهم ومرتباتهم ومكافآتهم ومعاشاتهم، هم وسائر المستحقين عنهم، الأحكام المقررة بالنسبة لاعضاء المحكمة.
ولا يسرى حكم المادة 13 من هذا القانون على أعضاء الهيئة.
