يؤدى رئيس وأعضاء هيئة المفوضين قبل مباشرتهم أعمالهم اليمين التالية:
“اقسم بالله العظيم أن أحترم الدستور والقانون، وأن أؤدى عملى بالأمانة والصدق”.
ويكون أداء اليمين أمام الجمعية العامة للمحكمة.
