على وزارة الصحة العمومية والتجارة والصناعة والمالية والعدل والزراعة تنفيذ هذا القانون كل منهم فيما يخصه ويعمل به من تاريخ نشره بالجريدة الرسمية .
نأمر بأن يبصم هذا القانون بخاتم الدولة وأن ينشر فى الجريدة الرسمية وينفذ كقانون من قوانين الدولة .
صدر بقصر عابدين فى ٢٤ شعبان سنة ١٣٦٠ (١٦ سبتمبر ١٩٤١)
