فى حالة ارتكاب مخالفة جديدة لأحكام القرارات الصادرة بتنفيذ هذا القانون فى خلال الثلاث سنوات التالية لصدور الحكم بالعقوبة فى المخالفة السابقة يجوز للقاضى أن يحكم على المخالف بغرامة لا تتجاوز عشرة جنيات
وكذلك الحكم فى المخالفات المنصوص عليها فى المادة السابعة .
