يشترط فيمن يعين فى إحدى الوظائف الفنية بالإدارات القانونية أن تتوفر فيه الشروط المقررة فى نظام العاملين المدنيين بالدولة أو بالقطاع العام حسب الأحوال ، وأن يكون مقيدا بجدول المحامين المشتغلين طبقا للقواعد الواردة فى المادة التالية ، وأن تتوفر فيه الشروط الأخرى التى تقررها اللجنة المنصوص عليها فى المادة ٧ من هذا القانون .
