لا يجوز لعضو مجلس الدولة أن ينقطع عن عمله بدون أن
يرخص له في ذلك كتابة إلا إذا كان انقطاعه لسبب مفاجىء فإذا زادت
مدة الانقطاع عن سبعة أيام في السنة حسبت المدة الزائدة من أجازته
السنوية .
